    All the Greenstone/ Nephrite Jade that I use in my designs was purchased pre-1997 ( when the New Zealand Government returned the rights of greenstone (Pounamu) ownership to Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu ) by my Aunt and Grandmother who were very careful to buy from reputable sources, however, that was before Ngāi Tahu had started their authentication system, therefore I do not claim that it is authentic Pounamu merely that it is vintage New Zealand Greenstone.

    Because I hand-make every piece there are natural variations in the way each turns out, making it a unique individual artwork.
